FB Tracker

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026. This policy explains how FB Tracker ("the platform") handles personal data, usage data and data obtained through the integrations you choose to connect, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Data we process

Account data (name and email), platform usage information, technical data (IP address, browser and device) and the data required by the integrations you connect.

2. Data from Meta

When you connect your Meta account, the platform accesses, with your authorization, data about your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, pages and performance metrics, plus the required access tokens. This data is used only to show reports, manage and create ads and campaigns at your request, and send conversion events (Conversions API) from your own websites. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Visitor and buyer data on your pages

On the pages and checkouts you run with FB Tracker, we process visit and purchase data on your behalf (you are the controller): pages viewed, ad parameters, IP address, browser, and buyer contact details, which are hashed before being sent to Meta.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only when needed to run an integration you requested (for example Meta, Stripe or PayPal), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the security of the platform and its users.

5. Security and retention

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. Information is kept for as long as needed for these purposes or while your account is active, and is deleted when you ask or close your account, except where the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your rights

To request access, correction or deletion, see the data deletion instructions or email [email protected].
